We are so happy to have had Ann and her team guide us through the process of buying our first home.  Ann was always extremely responsive to calls/emails/texts and helped us through any hiccups along the way, immediately, regardless of the time of day.  She does a great job keeping a constant flow of communication between all parties involved and keeping us in the loop every step of the way.  Our house was a new build, so when it came time to close is when Ann truly outdid herself.  Ann has a lot of experience and is very knowledgeable in construction, so she was very thorough during our final punch list walkthrough and made sure nothing was overlooked.  Also, her negotiating skills are amazing!  Ann made what could be one of the more stressful things in life, a total breeze.  We absolutely love our house and could not have done it without her!
