We hired Ann to handle the sale of our home during a difficult time both economically and personally (divorce). Ann was great at advising us on how to best stage our house for sale, and the best pricing (which turned out to be right on, even though we initially decided to price it higher than Ann recommended). Ann's real value to me was that she managed all the details; from negotiating with buyers to inspections and paperwork. While all realtors should be providing those services, not all of them leave you with the confidence that things are being done correctly and to your best advantage. At the end of the day, the advice that Ann provided to us was always correct and without drama. It is clear that she has seen it all, dealt with it all, and is confident in advocating her advice, even if it is not what we wanted to hear. If I were to need realtor services again, I would definitely work with Ann.
